A home away from home
Each room has a trampoline or cushioned bed, with clean blankets and pillows , water bowls, wee mats, and toys. Please note that we do not accept any possessions from home (eg, beds, toys etc).

Playtimes
The dogs are given morning and afternoon play sessions in our indoor/outdoor play yards. Each play session is for a minimum of 20 minutes. We can cater to both social and unsocial dogs.

Feeding
All our visitors are fed Breakfast and Dinner. We offer our homemade wet food which is grain free and vegetable based. We mix this with a turkey based grain free dry dog food.

We offer an assortment of tinned dog food used as a topper and for those very fussy dogs.

Upon entry our staff will discuss with you any allergies or sensitivities, which we can accommodate.

If you wish to provide your OWN FOOD please see our Fees for the additional charges, also noting your dog must have their OWN ROOM

Room Service
Boarding rooms are continually cleaned throughout the day, and any soiled bedding is replaced daily.

Medication
We have staff qualified to administer medications to your pet during their stay.

Bath Time
All boarders receive a complimentary bath with stays over 7 days.  For stays shorter than 7 days, please ask the staff on your arrival or at time of booking if you would like to add a paid bath.

Long Term Stays

All boarders who are with us for an extended period of time are given multiple complimentary services, including walks, baths, brushing and nail trims as required.
